Attempt to sell, trade, or transfer virtual currencies outside of the app.

Impersonate others, post offensive content, or engage in fraudulent activity.
Violation may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
All bets placed in Summit are based on real sports games and events.
Odds, spreads, moneylines, and totals are provided through third-party data providers and may vary.
Once placed, bets cannot be reversed or refunded.
Summit does not guarantee accuracy or timeliness of sports data.
Summit may offer promotional rewards, daily bonuses, or referral incentives.
Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred outside the app.
Summit may modify or discontinue promotions at its discretion.
Summit does not involve real-money gambling.
Participation does not guarantee winnings of any kind outside of the app’s virtual currency.
The app is intended strictly for entertainment purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Summit is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use.
Accounts found violating these Terms may be suspended or permanently banned.
All content within the app—including logos, graphics, data, and design—is owned by Summit and may not be copied or used without prior permission.
Summit is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free service, or accuracy of results.
Summit is not responsible for any damages arising from use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, account issues, or third-party service failures.
We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America.
